Is the DDP price really all-in?

Ocean, clearance, duty, trucking and the FC appointment are in the quote. Labeling, split FCs, batteries and remote FCs are listed before you book.

Do I need to be the US importer?

No. We arrange clearance with a licensed US broker partner on this lane.

How long does it really take?

Door-to-door, cargo complete in Shenzhen to Amazon check-in: West about 22–35 days, Central 30–45, East 35–52. We do not sell 16-day “express” as the typical door time.

Peak season space?

We quote what we can book, including a later window if space is tight. We do not promise a signed carrier COA we cannot show you.

Labeling and palleting?

Yes, at the Shenzhen warehouse, as a line on the quote.
